VdB 66 and NGC 2149 - nebulae in Monoceros

Although many sourses indicate that NGC 2149 and VdB 66 are the same objet, it seems VdB 66 to be the small blue reflection nebula exactly in the centre of this image, while NGC 2149 is the larger object just above. In support of this statement are also the slightly different coordinates in the respective catalogs.
