The comet C2013R1 (Lovejoy) was discovered on September 9th 2013 by the Australian hobby astronomer Terry Lovejoy. At the time of discovery the 14 mag comet was in the constellation of Monoceros near to the border with Orion.

Photographed on November 23th between 00:00 and 03:30 LT ( 22:00 on Nov 22nd – 01:30 on Nov 23rd, UT). There was taken three image sets:

- RGB with siderial tracking

- RGB with comet's nucleous tracking

- two L (clear) frames- 600 sec each for two frame mosaic
